3. How Images Are Processed

When you scan or appraise a card, the image may be sent to our backend and to a third-party image/text-recognition provider to identify the card and assess condition. Appraisal analysis is designed to be ephemeral and is not retained as part of your inventory unless you choose to save the identified card. Where the Service states a step is "read-only" or "not saved," it does not persist that data to your account.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

5. Data Retention

We keep your account and inventory data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards — including transport encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. You can also delete your account from within the app. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for those practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
