Trading card collecting & reselling

Scan it. Know what it's worth. Sell it, or keep it.

BinderTrax turns your phone into a card scanner, price guide, and digital binder — then gives dealers the inventory, eBay listing, and analytics tools to actually run a card business.

Pokémon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh, One Piece, Lorcana and more — 23 trading card games, plus sports and non-sports cards and Funko Pops.

Everything from "what card is this?" to "what did I sell it for?"

One app covers the collector who scans a few cards a week and the dealer moving thousands.

Scan & Value

Point your camera. Get prices from real sales.

Four ways to scan, depending on how fast you are moving: Quick Scan for one card at a time, Multi-Scan to identify a whole tabletop in one photo, Price Check when you only want the number and nothing saved, and Import Photos for a batch already in your camera roll.

  • Values come from real completed eBay sales — the price someone actually paid, not what a listing is asking
  • Reads serial numbers off the card and names the parallel, so a /99 is never priced as a base copy
  • On-device card detection and OCR, checked against real reference images before anything is called a match
  • TCGs, sports and non-sports cards, and Funko Pops

Every copy

Cost basis starts the moment you add the card.

Confirm the printing and finish, set condition and quantity, and record what you paid alongside what you want for it. That purchase price is what makes profit and loss real later, instead of a guess you reconstruct at tax time.

  • Pick the exact printing and foil variant before it lands in your Binder
  • Purchase price feeds P&L; listing price carries through to eBay
  • Storage location tracked per copy, so you know which box it is in
  • Send it to your Binder or straight to Listing Inventory
BinderTrax Centering Report showing measured border bands and left/right and top/bottom percentages
Centering Tool

Measure the borders before you pay a grading fee.

Photograph the front and back and BinderTrax finds the printed border on each side, shades the band it measured straight onto your own photo, and gives you the left/right and top/bottom split as real percentages. If it reads an edge wrong, drag the line and every number updates with it.

  • Both sides measured, with the band it used drawn on the photo — nothing to take on faith
  • Drag any border line yourself and the percentages follow
  • Centered, Slightly Off-Center, or Not Centered — never a predicted grade
  • Saved to a history you can reopen and re-measure later

My Collection

Your whole collection, organized like a real binder.

Every card you scan lands on a virtual shelf with live values and condition tracked per copy. Group it the way you actually think about it, and drag cards into the order you want them.

  • Bookshelf, grid, or list — grouped by game, set, insert, or character
  • Drag and drop cards into your own page order, not just the order you scanned them
  • Condition, quantity and storage location tracked per copy, not per card
  • Filter to TCG, sports, or non-sports, and sell straight from the Binder without re-scanning

Set checklist

See what you're missing without keeping a spreadsheet.

Open a set and every card in it gets a pocket, including the ones you don't own yet. Yours show in full color; the rest stay in outline. The page header carries what your copies on that page are actually worth.

  • Missing cards sit right alongside the ones you own, in set order
  • Duplicates stack in one pocket with a quantity badge
  • Page value counts only what you own — and says so when some copies have no price
  • Tap a missing card to go buy it; tap one you own to sell it
BinderTrax selling tools: Inventory, Listings, Buy List, Barcode POS and Print Labels
Selling

List it, sell it, ship it — without leaving the app.

Build eBay listings from inventory you already have, take money in person at a show, and print the labels that hold the whole thing together.

  • Variation listings and mixed lots, with duplicates combined for you
  • In-person checkout: the buyer scans a QR and pays on their own phone
  • Print barcode and QR labels for any inventory you pick
  • Show prep — build a packing list, sell from it, and see whether the table paid for itself

Why BinderTrax

Plenty of apps will scan a card and show you a price. Very few are built to be trusted with real inventory and real money. Here's where the difference actually shows up.

2

Verified matches, not text guesses

Most scanners read whatever text they can and guess. BinderTrax checks the scan against a real reference image of the card before it calls anything a match — so a bad photo doesn't quietly file the wrong card, and you don't discover it months later when you go to sell.

3

One app, everything you collect

Collectors usually end up with one app for Pokémon, another for sports, and a spreadsheet for the rest. BinderTrax holds 23 trading card games, sports and non-sports cards, and Funko Pops in a single Binder.

4

Scanning that keeps up with a stack

Photograph a card, wait, confirm, repeat — that's how most apps work. Multi-Scan tracks every card in the frame at once and identifies them as you swap cards in and out, so a whole stack goes in without touching the screen.

5

A pro tier that's a business, not a bigger limit

Paying more usually just raises your card cap. Dealer adds an Inventory Workbench with real storage locations, eBay listing and fulfillment, in-person checkout the buyer completes on their own phone, and a Dealer Hub tracking cost basis and true profit and loss.

6

A centering read that shows its work

Condition tools tend to hand you a number and no reasoning. The Centering Tool draws the measured border band directly on your own photo, gives you real percentages for both sides, and lets you drag the lines yourself if it read an edge wrong. It answers one honest question — Centered, Slightly Off-Center, or Not Centered — and never pretends to predict a grade.

7

"Is this worth grading?" answered with real numbers

Grading advice usually stops at "the PSA 10 is worth a lot." BinderTrax weighs each grade's price by how often that card actually lands there, using the grader's own published population report — so a card with a huge PSA 10 multiple and a 0.1% gem rate is called what it is. Dealer ranks your own inventory by which cards are worth sending in.

8

It tells you when not to trust the price

Every app shows a market value. BinderTrax lists the recent sales it averaged so you can check them yourself, flags the quotes upstream data makes unreliable, and labels a partial total as partial instead of passing it off as complete.
