Reads the number in the corner
The scanner reads the set number, like 015/086 or TG05/TG30, promo numbers such as SWSH or SV promos, and the printed set code, then compares your photo with the catalog image of that card.
Pokémon card scanner
Point your phone at a card. BinderTrax reads the number printed on it, checks the artwork against the catalog, and shows the card, its printings and its current market price before you save it.
No phone handy? Try the scanner with a photo of your card.

One card, a binder page, or a graded slab.
The scanner reads the set number, like 015/086 or TG05/TG30, promo numbers such as SWSH or SV promos, and the printed set code, then compares your photo with the catalog image of that card.
Normal, holofoil, reverse holofoil, 1st Edition and the Poké Ball and Master Ball patterns are separate choices. The scan finds the card; you pick the printing you own from the ones it was printed in, so the copy you save is the copy in your hand.
Lay out a binder page or a stack on the table and take one picture. Multi-Scan boxes each card in the frame and names it.
Switch the scan to Graded and photograph the slab label. BinderTrax reads the grading company, the grade and the certification number, for PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, TAG and others.
The printing decides the price, so the price follows the printing.
The scan result shows the current market price for the printing you picked. Prices for recently released sets refresh every day, and the whole catalog at least once a week.
For cards you own, see completed sales grade by grade. A grade with no sales says so, rather than showing a number nobody paid.
Your collection, the way Pokémon collectors keep it.
Open a set and page through it like a binder: the cards you own in color, the ones you are missing greyed out, and what the set you hold is worth so far.

PokeTrax lists every Pokémon by National Pokédex number and generation, and counts how many you have a card of in your Binder.
Pick a Pokémon you own as your main attacker and the Deck Builder lays out a 60-card deck from your collection, suggesting cards to buy only where you have a gap.
